Skills
• Must be experienced and able to demonstrate having worked effectively at C-Suite level and has delivered significant results.
• Stakeholder engagement and management at EVP/VP/Director level
• Effective leadership with results orientation
• Leading major Business and Digital Transformation programs from initiation to fulfilment and transition to client
• Understanding of Industry/Business and Digital/Technology Trends, with the ability to assess the impact of Technology on Business Drivers and vice-versa
• Strong relationship skills with proven track record
• Highly effective facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills
• Strong presentation skills (verbal and written) using all media types including standard MS Office tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Client Staff
• Ability to produce white papers and speak at conferences
