We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team in Australia - Victoria Main responsibilities:- Identifies and develops new business opportunities;
- Increase sales across the business including looking for opportunities to sell all Pramac/Generac products. This includes executing the national business plan implemented by the Sales Managers for their categories within the Area Sales Manager’s territory or other areas needing assistance.
- Has a solid understanding of the overall business with the main customers. Evaluates situations objectively and demonstrates the ability to make decisions that are intended to have a positive impact on sales performance and the total business.
- Builds relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors, proposing and developing new partnerships;
- Expands the profile and reach of the company and its brand conducting webinar and presentations;
- Create a business plan for your territory and implement the plan
- Tracks markets needs and trends.
- Researches and identifies new markets, customers and partners.
- Accurately forecast revenue in your territory and assist the sales manage in specific category forecasts.
- Roll out training to customers and stake holders on Pramac/ Generac products as developed.
- Negotiate trading terms of new customers and review any need to increase credit limits with accounts.
- Travels to vendor locations, distributions centers, and other locations;
- Fulfills requests for proposals from potential partners and customers;
