Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following food safety regulations.
- Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring smooth service.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold kitchen standards and consistency.
- Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Passion for food and attention to detail in presentation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
