Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join Sedgman in our Perth office.

What are we looking for?
- At least three years’ experience of document control within an engineering project office
- Skills in vendor data and revision control
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word etc)
- Aconex experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Good initiative and ability to prioritise your tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team, communicating with other offices regularly

The role will require although not be limited to:
- Maintaining project document management systems (Aconex)
- Planning, supervising, and recording document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, subcontractors, and project offices
- Coordinate vendor documentation, drawing control, transmittals, and engineering deliverables
- Audit document control registers and systems
- Ensuring drawings and documents are registered with correct revision & details and issued within the requested time frame
- Issuing project documentation to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide document control support to the engineering teams in Australia and internationally
