This is a part-time position, working across two of our display homes located in Playford Alive, Munno Para and Riverlea, Buckland Park as well as our Head Office in Mile End South.
For this role, you must be available to work the following days, and on public holidays when required:
- Monday 12.30pm to 5.00pm
- Tuesday 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Wednesday 12.30pm to 5.00pm
- Saturday 12.30pm to 5.00pm
- Sunday 12.30pm to 5.00pm
About the role
This position is a key point of contact for potential homebuyers visiting our display homes. The role combines customer service, product knowledge and sales support, providing an engaging and informative experience for visitors while assisting the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Greet and engage with customers visiting the display homes.
- Provide a welcoming and informative experience, answering questions about home designs, inclusions and customisation options.
- Understand customer needs and direct them to relevant sales consultants as appropriate.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks including documentation, updating customer records and processing inquiries.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and pricing to effectively communicate offers to visitors.
- Ensure display homes are always clean, organised and presentable.
About you
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A strong interest in sales, with a focus on assisting customers through the decision-making process.
- Previous experience in sales, retail or customer-facing roles.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain product offerings clearly and confidently.
- Tech savvy, with a basic understanding of digital tools and communication platforms.
- Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence to travel between sites.
