At Green Leaves Early Learning, our Centre Administrators are a special breed. Your warm and nurturing way is essential to the success of creating a culture of welcome for our families, children and team. Day to day, you can take pride in:
- Welcoming our families, children and team in a friendly and professional way
- Introducing new families and team members to the service, conducting Centre tours, assisting with enrolments and orientations
- Use your strong systems skills across Salesforce and Qikkids, to manage enrolments and families accounts
- Showcase your masterful prioritisation skills to complete a range of systems-related tasks, while managing phone, email, debt collection and walk-in queries
- Support the Centre by using your refined people and leadership skills as a key member of the Centre Leadership team
- Liaise with our maintenance team as well as external suppliers and contractors to ensure our Centre continues to present as it did the first week we opened
- Use your super-star administrative skills to ensure all tasks are completed to a high level of accuracy, in a reliable and consistent manner
- Display your extraordinary interpersonal and customer service skills, to breeze through some difficult conversations.

Ideally, we’d love for you to hold:
- WA WWC
- Current Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain)
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willing to obtain)
- A Police Check and PRODA Number (or willing to obtain)
- The availability to work rostered shifts from Monday through to Friday for 38 hours per week
