Key Responsibilities:

• Client Servicing Product: Leading Client Servicing principles across the agency to upskill talent within business.
• Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of innovative and impactful media plans across all channels, including traditional, digital, social, and emerging platforms.
• Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at BYD Automotive, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
• Commercially Orientated: Lead delivery of commercials targets across the team collaborating with other directors and management team.
• Results Orientation: Drive measurable results through data-driven insights and a focus on campaign performance optimisation.
• Media Expertise: Demonstrate deep expertise in the media landscape, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a talented team of media professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages professional growth and development.
• Media Owner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media owners to secure the best possible deals and maximize campaign effectiveness.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven track record of success in managing large-scale media campaigns for high-profile clients, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the media landscape, including digital, social, and emerging platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
