About the Role: Head of IT
This leadership position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and leads the IT team to drive innovation, digital transformation, and technology modernization within the organization.
The successful candidate will take a strategic approach to technology that aligns with business objectives, enhancing operational efficiencies, improving customer experiences, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through advanced technologies and digital capabilities.
This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership and key stakeholders to implement new technologies, change management strategies, and IT solutions that support the organization's strategic goals.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in driving digital transformation projects, including cloud technologies, data analytics, automation, and enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to align IT initiatives with organizational priorities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams.
