ConsultANZ is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen client relationships for a well-established civil contractor in Brisbane.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the roading/pavement industry.
- Work closely with the estimating team to support bids, precontracts, and tenders.
- Assess technical drawings and project specifications to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Negotiate and implement contracts with key stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to promote business growth.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering and/or business.
- Experience in business development, bid management, or estimation within the civil or infrastructure sector.
- A relevant and trustworthy network within the roading/pavement space would be highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and build long-term relationships.
- A proactive mindset – someone willing to take initiative and seek out new opportunities.
- A confident and personable approach, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Competitive salary: $160-190k + super + car, negotiable depending on experience.
