Job Description

Dutton Financial Services has a dedicated team of professionals who have an in-depth knowledge of the automotive & finance industry. They are real people committed to offering a true customer experience in an open and transparent manner.

We are currently seeking a Junior Administration and Compliance Manager to join our team working alongside our Senior Brokers in our modern Burnley office.As a member of our team, your contribution to our business will be integral to our success.

Duties include:

  • Assist inmonitoring complianceby conducting regular audits,identifyinganybreaches,recommendingcorrective actions to maintain financial integrity,andadherence to our obligations under the AustralianCredit Licence(ACL) and Anti MoneyLaundering/Counter Terrorism Funding(AML/CTF)
  • Working closely with internal controlsand external auditors tomaintain compliancestandards
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms
  • Assist in the preparation oflender/insurance accreditationsfor Business Managersand Broker Support
  • Research and create presentationsin conjunction with the Compliance Manager/General Manager/Broker Support and TrainingManager
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Maintain and update registers (Microsoft Excel)
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Maintain up-to-date employee holidayand RDOrecords
  • Various ad hoc requests

Qualifications

  • Computer literacy– Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Background intheDealer Finance industry anadvantage
  • Understanding oftheNationalConsumerCreditProtectionAct (NCCP)
  • Verbal and written articulacy
  • Professional discretion
  • Attention to detail/accuracy
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • The ability tomultitask
  • Strong organisational skills
