Job Description

We are currently seeking a Junior Administration and Compliance Manager to join our team working alongside our Senior Brokers in our modern Burnley office.As a member of our team, your contribution to our business will be integral to our success.
Duties include:
- Assist inmonitoring complianceby conducting regular audits,identifyinganybreaches,recommendingcorrective actions to maintain financial integrity,andadherence to our obligations under the AustralianCredit Licence(ACL) and Anti MoneyLaundering/Counter Terrorism Funding(AML/CTF)
- Working closely with internal controlsand external auditors tomaintain compliancestandards
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms
- Assist in the preparation oflender/insurance accreditationsfor Business Managersand Broker Support
- Research and create presentationsin conjunction with the Compliance Manager/General Manager/Broker Support and TrainingManager
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Maintain and update registers (Microsoft Excel)
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Maintain up-to-date employee holidayand RDOrecords
- Various ad hoc requests
- Computer literacy– Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Background intheDealer Finance industry anadvantage
- Understanding oftheNationalConsumerCreditProtectionAct (NCCP)
