Role Summary:
  • Part-time / Permanent
  • 22.5 hrs per Week - Working Monday, Thursday & Friday
  • S.C.H.C.D.S. Industry Award – Level 2

Is this you?
Are you a proactive and organized individual with a passion for customer service? We are looking for a part-time Receptionist (3 days per week, job share) to join our team. In this role, you will perform general reception duties including answering the phone, re-directing calls and taking messages, respond to email and in-person enquiries data entry, diary management, and general administrative tasks.
  • Ability to engage with participants, staff and external parties and provide excellent customer service
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Administration and data entry experience
  • Able to consistently and accurately enter data
  • Processing of sensitive information including client and employee details
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Good IT literacy including spreadsheets and word processing
  • Working with Children (Blue Card) and Disability Services (Yellow Card) and a Right to Work within Australia
  • Undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and maintain Company Policy requirements.
  • Current Queensland Drivers Licence
  • Current Comprehensive Car Insurance
