About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is looking for a dedicated No Lift Coordinator to support our teams in delivering safe, high-quality care. This position is key in coordinating, developing, and delivering education services that promote best practices and foster the growth and development of our workforce.
The role is focused on maintaining safe manual handling practices across all clinical services at our campuses. By prioritising safety and professional development, the No Lift Coordinator will play an essential role in promoting best practices and ensuring the ongoing competency of our nursing team.
Position overview
* Part-time (16 hours per fortnight), On-going position
* Warrnambool Campus
* No Lift Co-ordinator (RN33)
* Salary: $113,360.00 pro rata, plus superannuation
What you bring
To succeed in this role, you will need current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Nurse/Midwife. You'll demonstrate a strong commitment to the values of South West Healthcare and act as a role model for others. A Master's qualification in a relevant field (or a commitment to completing post-graduate study) is essential. You'll bring at least five years of relevant post-graduate experience, a proven ability to deliver clinical excellence, and experience mentoring and supporting nurses in their clinical development.
