About the Role
We’re looking for a Corporate Governance Officer to join our Sydney team. This new role will help strengthen governance and compliance processes particularly relevant to our work with the government and banking sectors.. If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy working with technical documents , this could be a great fit!

What You’ll Do
Manage contracts and compliance – Ensure ongoing compliance with contracts and legal requirements.
Support procurement processes – Work with different teams to complete proposals and tenders.
Ensure regulatory compliance – Help keep our business aligned with government rules and industry standards.
Respond to audits and client requests – Collaborate with teams to provide accurate and timely information.
Keep things organised – Maintain accurate records, registers, timetables and schedules

What We’re Looking For
Experience in corporate governance, compliance, or contract management (government or banking experience is a plus!).
Strong attention to detail – you double-check your work and make sure everything is accurate.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence in communicating with different teams and stakeholders.
Strong professional and technical writing skills.
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset – you see challenges as opportunities to improve.

Nice to Have:
Experience with procurement processes (tenders, EOI’s, RFPs, RFT’s etc) or audits.
Background in legal, banking, compliance, or governance frameworks.
Experience interpreting and managing contracts .
