With over 19 automotive brands to support and growing, we are looking for additional claims administrators to join our existing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Warranty claims processing within manufacturer guidelines
  • Advise/guide service branches on optimising warranty claims opportunity
  • Working closely with team members including cross training in all manufacturers

To succeed in this role, you will need some experience in:

  • Knowledge of warranty claims processes within the automotive industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working within a team environment
  • Ability to Manage tight deadlines

Strongly desirable:

  • Excel/reporting/computer skills
  • Knowledge of PENTANA/TUNE/TITAN systems are desirable
  • Aptitude to identifying issues and resolving them
  • Proven track record of being outcome focused
  • Positive 'can do' attitude and a hands-on approach
