The OpportunityWe're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our vibrant team at the Wangara branch, following exciting growth across Australia. This new role reports directly to our WA Sales & Operations Manager, and will be key to strengthening relationships with our existing dealer network, while uncovering new opportunities for growth across the country.You will:Expand Our Network: Nurture relationships with current dealers and bring new ones on board to drive Norweld’s growth.Be a Leader in Sales: Own your region’s business pipeline and exceed your KPIs with your drive and determination.Spot New Opportunities: Dive deep into industry trends, competitors, and new markets to uncover fresh growth avenues.Deliver Excellence: Provide top-tier service to our customers, ensuring long-term relationships and a premium experience for all.
What We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:• Demonstrated sales or account management experience in a dealership (or automotive industry) • Proven ability achieving and exceeding sales and management KPIs• Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key accounts and customers• Proven ability to self-manage time and responsibilities while working with autonomy• Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management and market dynamics• Customer orientation with focus on delivering first class services to clients and staff• Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook• Experience using Salesforce (desirable)• Ability to use initiative, actively listen and follow through with tasks provided• A commitment to superior customer service, product and market development• Sound knowledge of 4x4 Makes, Models and popular accessories and brands
