$110,000 – $130,000 per year
We are currently seeking to employ a seasoned Senior Property Manager.
The position is unique in the offering of an exceptional remuneration package but also a very slim reporting profile that offers work from home or office accommodation from our offices in the Perth area.
This application is only for seasoned property managers with no less than three years experience with a demonstrated track record of employment in residential property management.
What we are seeking from you:
- Outstanding work ethic
- An ability to handle up to 250 PUM's with opportunities to tailor either less or more with bonus schemes that meet your individual needs
- An understanding that brand leadership and company reputation go in hand in hand - unattended problems give rise to reputation damage
- Customer service experience that understands the many daily challenges facing tenants and landlords - with you being prepared to meet these property management challenges head on with accountability and service regardless of the inquiry nature - AND an understanding that you must relay unresolved matters to others in the company if appropriate.
- Knowledgeable on a wide array of systems including property tree, property me - ready and able to transition into new systems as they develop
- Microsoft Office applications fluency (Word, Excel, Teams) and working in cloud based application environment. Experience and use of MS Teams highly preferred
- Can work independently with minimal supervision either on a work from home or in-office basis
- Our company ensures we don't allow others to bring personal problems to the workplace - we will expect the same from you
- Team player who can supervise peers on an informal or ad-hoc basis
- Understands the nuances of being a property manager but also appreciates the relationships required not just directly from your team but from all industry including external inspection coordinators, leasing agents, business development managers, trades, and senior management
- Acknowledges that property management is a team effort, regardless of the circumstances, and where you will be asked to lead by example

- Our existing corporate structure segregates the roles of inspections, PCR/finals, court case, and leasing into defined business units. Generally, senior property managers will not be expected to travel to perform or fill any these roles. Stakeholders for these roles will be reporting to you directly as part of your service team.
