About the role

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our Hospitality & Heater business in the Perth Metro Region.
This includes identifying new opportunities by building new partnerships and leveraging existing relationships when suitable.
You will:

• Initiate cold calls to potential customers.
• Have demonstrated ability to negotiate and successfully close deals.
• Meet or exceed new business sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry professionals.
• Develop and implement new business development strategies.

You possess:

• Experience in a similar sales role within the gas industry is desirable but not required.
• A genuine drive for sales, including designing call cycles and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to make a positive impression, convey confidence, build rapport and achieve desired results.
• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in high-pressure situations.
• Strong resilience, excellent time management, organizational skills, and a natural ability to plan effectively.
• The ability to provide a National Police Check and Demerit Points Statement prior to commencement.
