About the role

Permanent Full Time and Temporary Part Time opportunities to lead the clinical education of UQ undergraduate and postgraduate students by way of clinical, preclinical and laboratory supervision, and to provide high quality general practitioner oral health services to eligible adult and paediatric patients.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Fulfil the accountabilities and responsibilities of this role in accordance with the Oral Health Centre(OHC)'s purpose and objectives.
  • Deliver expert, high quality clinical services and advice to oral health patients including managing patient complaints.
  • Provide effective supervision, mentoring and management of students, ensuring clinical practise is consistent with course requirements.
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, delivering practical and innovative recommendations to enhance the overall quality and performance of OHC.
  • Practically support other senior staff and executives in their responsibility to provide an effective and efficient oral health service within OHC.
