Role:
As an SAP SuccessFactors Customer Support Consultant , you will play a critical role in delivering specialized SAP SuccessFactors solution support and consulting services. This position involves supporting and administering various SAP SuccessFactors modules in line with customer requirements, while ensuring high performance, fresh thinking, and commitment to quality. Your contributions will directly support our client's initiatives, ensuring they provide valuable services to both existing and potential managed services customers.
This is NOT an SAP payroll position. We're seeking an SAP SuccessFactors EC expert who thrives in the realm of Recruitment, Marketing, Management, and Onboarding 2.0 . With a focus on delivering streamlined, efficient processes within SAP SuccessFactors, you’ll be part of a team that’s changing the way organizations engage with talent and manage their workforce lifecycle. Your role will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support & Administration :
- Handle and resolve support tickets related to SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning Management, Onboarding, Succession Planning, and Payroll.
- Provide ongoing application support to SuccessFactors administrators, HCM personnel, and SAP users.
- Take ownership of customer incidents, coordinate with functional consultants, and ensure issues are resolved in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform minor configuration changes and testing of these changes based on customer requirements.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide solutions based on best practices to enhance their SuccessFactors experience.
- Assist in the configuration, implementation, and testing of SuccessFactors modules to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of configuration documentation as per SAP’s project implementation standards.
- Provide functional and technical guidance to customers, ensuring optimal use of their SAP SuccessFactors system.
- Engage in self-directed learning and professional development to stay ahead of new features and updates in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Participate in SAP forums, workshops, and networking events to build relationships with key stakeholders and expand knowledge.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer support.
You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including:
- Customers : Build and maintain strong business relationships to understand and anticipate their needs.
- Internal Teams : Work closely with SAP Functional Consultants, SAP Development Consultants, SAP Basis Consultants, Account Managers, SAP Solution Architects, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
- External Networking : Engage with SAP Networking groups and forums for collaboration and insights.
Essential qualifications & requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning Management, Onboarding, Succession, Payroll, and Reporting).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to provide efficient customer support.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to document technical processes clearly.
- Experience providing one-on-one customer support and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced support environment.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors configuration across various modules.
- Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have a Visa to work in Australia
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (IT, Business, or similar).
- In-depth knowledge of Talent Management within SAP SuccessFactors
