Description:
Maintain Technology Consulting is seeking a knowledgeable SAP SuccessFactors Payroll/Project Manager to manage and oversee payroll implementation projects within our SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in both payroll processes and project management, ensuring our clients achieve optimized payroll performance and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management:
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementation projects, managing scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans that align with client needs and organizational goals.
- Utilize Agile and other methodologies to ensure effective project delivery and continuous improvement.
Payroll Configuration and Optimization:
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Payroll module to meet client-specific requirements.
- Analyze current payroll processes and recommend enhancements or changes to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align payroll processes with broader organizational objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
- Serve as a primary contact for project updates, issues, and escalations with stakeholders.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Oversee and manage testing phases, including user acceptance testing and integration testing.
- Ensure the accuracy and data integrity of payroll calculations and outputs.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor project team members to ensure high-quality project execution.
- Foster a collaborative environment to encourage the development of best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and project management.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Payroll and Employee Central, is essential.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and experience leading project teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing complex payroll issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with system testing and quality assurance processes.
- SAP certification in SuccessFactors or equivalent project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
