Your New Role

Reporting to the Group Change Lead - Enterprise, the Senior Change Manager is responsible for providing and delivering change management expertise in support of the Fund’s project portfolio.

You willplay a key role in facilitating and driving change transition, activities (ie change analysis, engagement, communications, learning, adoption tracking) for change initiatives ensuring that projects realise their expected benefits, whilst ensuring that project delivery is aligned with, and reinforces, the Fund’s culture and values. In addition, you will act as a coach for senior leaders in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor and will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.

This role is expected to develop and manage a complex program of work, with multi stream change plans and is accountable for planning, development and delivery of program change plan. This will include allocating and managing change resources across the various initiatives.

This position is a 2 year max term contract.

Some of your duties will include, but not limited to:

· Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to manage the staff impacts and other impacts caused by projects and change efforts

· Develop a robust and actionable change management strategy, based on situational awareness of the details of the change and the stakeholders being impacted by the change

· Contribute to documentation and implementation of business processes to support change

· Identify potential staff and other stakeholder risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns

· Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to understand manner

· Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans – ie communication plan, learning plans.

What You’ll Need

· Deep knowledge of change management principles and methodologies

· Significant change management experience including program (multi concurrent stream) change management

· A deep understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

· Previous experience leading and allocating change resources across various projects and overseeing the quality of their outputs.

· Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

· Experience with business transformation, process re-engineering and/or system implementations

· Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal

· Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation

· Excellent active listening skills

· Problem solving skills
