With upcoming significant transformation, they are looking to hire a talented HRIS Change Manager on a 12-month Fixed Term contract.
The Role
This role focuses on driving the adoption of the new system and processes by effectively managing change, fostering stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the smooth implementation of the HRIS system. The Change Manager will collaborate with internal teams, support senior leaders, and guide employees through the process to ensure sustainable change and realisation of the new system's benefits.
- Lead and manage the change strategy for the implementation of the new HRIS system.
- Collaborate with the project team to assess change impacts and develop targeted change initiatives.
- Oversee the successful delivery of change management activities across the project lifecycle.
- Support senior stakeholders, including leaders and managers, in driving adoption of the new system.
- Engage with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and effective communication.
- Design and deliver training and support to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Define and measure success metrics for the change process and assess the impact of the new HRIS system.
Your Profile
The successful candidate for this role will also have strong experience in implementing and managing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). They will be responsible for guiding the organisation through the transition to a new HRIS as part of the Project Mosaic initiative. The candidate will need to ensure the effective adoption of the new system by managing stakeholder engagement, addressing change impacts, and leading all phases of the system's integration.
- Proven experience in managing the implementation of Human Resource Information Systems, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
- Strong background in change management, specifically related to the adoption of new systems and technologies.
- Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders (e.g., HR, payroll, finance) to ensure successful HRIS transition.
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms, including their impact on processes like payroll, performance management, and reporting.
- Experience in delivering training and ongoing support to end-users to maximise system adoption and benefits.
- Skilled in overseeing HRIS-related change activities from planning through post-implementation.
- Ability to define and measure success metrics for HRIS adoption and report on system effectiveness and performance.
