Description:
An experienced marketing coordinator/manager is required for a multi-business executive team. You’ll come with experience in all aspects of marketing planning, design and implementation. This is a highly organic environment where you’ll be encouraged to work within and expand your natural strengths, and use your initiative.
You’ll be responsible for the tasks you excel at and develop a team around you for everything else. You’ll be starting from scratch, leading the planning, development and implementation of each marketing campaign, updating current websites, print documents and e-mail marketing.
Your tasks will include (but not limited to):
- Create, implement, project manage and evaluate marketing strategies for each business
- Content creation
- Website management
- Managing/updating social media channels
- Digital marketing and e-mail marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal and external creative contractors/agents
- Review Google Analytics and other statistics to evaluate effectiveness of marketing materials/campaigns

About the Role
This is brand new role within the executive team of a multi-passionate entrepreneur. With two successful business’s already up and running, this role will be pivotable in the launch of a third and fourth business over the next 6-18 months.
You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing all aspects of the marketing process. Collaborating with internal and external resources, and ensuring the marketing campaigns reach the organisational targets.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Understanding the key markets for each business
- Designing, implementing and project managing marketing campaigns
- Analysing and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing tools and concepts
- Collaborating with internal and external creative resources
- Overseeing content creation
- Overseeing or managing social media updates
- E-mail marketing
The business industries within the group are:
- NDIS plan management (Tweed Coast Plan Management)
- Racehorse acquisition and training (McColm Racing)
- NDIS provider administration software - App (Earni)
- NDIS plan management software - Web based (Breze)
You’ll come with at least 3 year’s experience in a similar role and will be able to share previous effective marketing campaigns you’ve either implemented or been involved with. You’ll also have experience with various marketing CRM’s and software packages.
This is a role with a high level of responsibility, autonomy and freedom. The role is fully remote and flexible, allowing you to work around family commitments and important events.

A part-time or full-time position will be offered to the successful applicant, based on 15-38 hours/week (negotiable), depending on the scope of the role and the applicants’ effectiveness and ability.
