This entry-level role is a hybrid customer success and technical sales role, with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for both customer engagement and security practices, and have a technology-related background.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the internal security team, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tasks.Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, frameworks, standards, procedures, and best practices.Stay informed about the latest security trends and technologies to continuously enhance our security posture.Work with customers to ensure they are supported and achieving the desired outcomes from working with us.Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor presentations accordingly.Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the practical application and benefits of our solutions to customers.
