Our Client:Our client is a national provider of in-home care, nursing, and allied health services for individuals living with a disability. They support people throughout their lifespan, offering interventions within their rehabilitation and supported accommodation facilities, as well as in the individual's home, school, or community. They're seeking a passionate graduate or experienced Occupational Therapist to aid in their ongoing growth as an organisation.
About the Role:
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team who are passionate about working collaboratively to help people with disabilities achieve their goals. In this role you will support people under the NDIS and LSA schemes, delivering clinical assessments and therapy in the rehabilitation facility, their home or local community.
You will be well supported by a highly experienced Occupational Therapist and Allied Health Manager. You will receive supervision and mentoring, as well as in-house and external professional development opportunities to achieve your goals. About You:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration
- A passion for working with people with a disability
- Drive to provide evidence-based practice and continue to develop professionally
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Current driver’s license and car
