Great opportunity for an Appian Developer to come on board an established team with a big piece of work about to kick off.
- Appian Developer | Government Organisation | Contract role
- Based in Adelaide CBD | Some WFH - Potential Remote (within Aust)
- Market Rates | Starting April | 6 month initial contract - 2 year program
As the Appian Developer you will be joining an established team and working on a new project development on the Appian platform. Along with technical knowledge and experience you will need to be a self-starter who is collaborative and likes working in a team. You will need good communication skills both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities...
- Translate user stories into required functionality using the Appian platform.
- Design, implement, enhance, and support Appian applications.
- Guide Appian developers ensuring best practices are followed.
- Participate peer reviews to ensure quality and knowledge transfer.
- Prepare and maintain thorough system and application documentation.
- Analyse and fix production defects.
Key Skills...
- Strong experience with Appian BPM platform.
- MySQL or similar relational database.
- Skills for writing reusable common objects.
- Experience in Agile software development - Working with JIRA and Kanban boards.
- Experience working with Business Analysts and Key Stakeholders.
- Appian certification would be highly regarded.
- Experience with other programming knowledge (.NET, C#, Java or any OOP) would be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/MS Azure) would be advantages
Remote Option Available...
The role will be located in the Adelaide CBD office with WFH options available. Fully remote/interstate candidates may be considered however they will need to travel to Adelaide at their own expense for a few days for induction/introductions and to collect hardware.
