About the role
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you will drive revenue growth across audio, digital media, and influencer marketing solutions. You will develop strategic partnerships with agencies and direct clients, leveraging both traditional digital advertising and influencer marketing opportunities to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' needs. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:
- Manage and develop relationships within an assigned agency portfolio
- Maximise revenue opportunities through existing client relationships
- Identify new client opportunities and execute plans to attract them to the Mamamia network
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across digital media and influencer products
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business objectives
- Create and present compelling proposals and scope of work documents
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments
- Act as a senior relationship point for retained clients, creative partners, and talent managers
Now, a bit about you
- Minimum 3 years digital sales experience (preferably at a digital publisher)
- Proven ability to consistently deliver and exceed sales targets
- Experience identifying additional revenue streams and acquiring new business
- A team player who communicates effectively and embraces feedback with honesty and respect
- Ability to prioritise the needs and perspectives of our audience and commercial partners
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and drive process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem-solving skills with a measured approach
