The Role:
This Sales Support Team Leader will oversee the operations and people management of our Southern offices support teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the operations of your allocated Sales Support teams, including onboarding new team members, providing ongoing training, managing leave cover, workflow management, team allocations, performance reviews, and developing successors within the team.
Your day will look like:
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Sales Support teams
• Leading the onboarding, training, and development of new and current team members
• Monitoring and improving operational systems and daily workflows, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
• Processing listings, sales, and marketing activities for your allocated Property Consultants
• Key escalation point for the Sales Team
• Driving team engagement by leading POD meetings and coaching staff
• Ensuring all documentation is compliant with Harris standards and procedures.

The Candidate:
We looking for someone with:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate (essential)
• Experience within a Sales Support role
• Experience in working with a CRM system – Agent Box (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing people
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Ability to work alongside and adapt to various personality styles across a variety of people
