PURCHASING AND SALES COORDINATORAt Magneto HVAC we supply, fabricate and hire air conditioning and refrigeration products throughout the Cairns region.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Purchasing and Sales Coordinator who can work closely with our existing clients and suppliers to meet our growing customer demand.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Receive and process orders
- Purchase units and materials
- Provide support to our existing warehouse staff to maximise productivity
- Assist with procurement planning, including price recording and reoccurring order management
- Monitor existing and pending supplier and client purchase orders to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers and clients
The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff
- A licence to operate a forklift (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in the air conditioning, refrigeration or electrical industry (preferred but not essential)
