We are currently seeking a self-motivated leader with strong communication skills, to join our Audit team. Our ideal candidate excels both independently and in collaborative settings, demonstrating the ability to manage themselves and others effectively.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the engagement team to ensure successful completion of audit assignments with care and accuracy. You will play a crucial part in meeting our service line and organisational objectives, while also providing support and guidance to team members in their development and workflow.
About You
- Previous experience in supporting and managing a team
- Completed post graduate qualifications such as CA or CPA
- Provides strong motivation to inspire a high performing team and a positive culture
- Demonstrated technical expertise used to assist existing and new clients
- Experience leading and mentoring junior members of a team
- Experience working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Strong IT skills as well as willing and able to learn new technologies quickly
