The Payroll Officer will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll with a focus on workers' compensation claims, premiums, and deductions. You will work closely with HR, finance, and insurance providers to ensure compliance with relevant workers' compensation regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll systems, workers' compensation laws, and attention to detail.

- Contribute to updating and documenting process procedures.
- Work with the team to achieve performance targets and quality standards.
- Participate in training and development programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in business process transactions.
- Proficiencies in business process management and optimization.
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) or significant relevant work experience a plus.
