About The Role
Embrace the opportunity to become a vital member of our expanding sales team in a flexible, work-from-home/remote role. As a sales consultant, you'll engage directly with small-to-medium businesses through outbound calls, showcasing our industry-leading shipping solutions and building strong client relationships. For those interested, there’s also the option to incorporate face-to-face client interactions further into your journey.
We offer both permanent full-time (38 hrs/week) and part-time (20-30 hrs/week) roles, with multiple start dates to suit your schedule. Here's what you can expect:
- Start Date – Mid-February 2025
- Flexible Hours – Work around your lifestyle with a schedule that fits you.
- Work-From-Home/Remote – Enjoy the flexibility to work from home (or anywhere) after completing initial training.
- Brisbane CBD Office Access – Join us at our Brisbane CBD office every couple of weeks for training and team collaboration.

- Proactively connect with potential customers: Contact small-to-medium businesses to introduce our logistics services and see if we can save them time, money and hassle on their shipping.
- Uncover customer needs: Conduct a thorough analysis of each business's current shipping processes by asking insightful questions. Uncover pain points, identify gaps, and highlight opportunities where our logistics solutions can add value and streamline their operations.
- Convert prospects into customers: Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships, guiding them from initial contact to becoming actively shipping customers.
- Account management/retention: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring we proactive engage with them to assess their evolving needs, anticipate any potential challenges and ensure we continue to provide a great customer experience.
