The Opportunity:

As an Investor Services Representative, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting prospective and current members, financial advisers, funeral directors, and dealer groups. You’ll provide professional, accurate, and compassionate service while building valuable skills and advancing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Services:

  • Begin by processing client information and responding to general inquiries, with the opportunity to grow into handling more complex communications.
  • Provide timely, accurate responses to clients, financial advisers, and dealer groups.
  • Collaborate with executors, solicitors, and funeral directors, with the full support of your manager.

Daily Operations:

  • Start with essential administrative tasks like data entry, scanning, and filing.
  • Progress to processing new business, switches, redemptions, and deceased estates, with training and guidance.
  • Take on monthly tasks and financial reporting as you build confidence and expertise.

Business Support:

  • Work collaboratively with your team to support sales initiatives and improve client experiences.
  • Assist on ad hoc projects from the Senior Manager, Investor Services, and contribute ideas for process improvements.

What You Bring:

  • Strong customer service and administrative skills.
  • Experience in financial services is desirable, but we welcome those eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution-focused approach under pressure.
  • A high degree of professionalism and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• RG146 training is highly desirable, but we will support you in completing this if needed.

• A satisfactory Police Check is required.
