We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Rehabilitation Consultants based in Townsville Qld and surrounding areas.

Qualifications & experience
- AHPRA Registration - Required
- Australian Drivers License - Required
- Current Police Check - Required
- NDIS Worker Screening - Desirable
- NDIS experience or knowledge - Desirable
- Strong communication skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments.
- Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide return to work and / or recovery.
- Conduct functional assessments, ADL assessments, workplace and ergonomic assessments.
- Rehabilitation case management.
