One of Australia's most well known Tier 2 Builders that are responsible for delivering Institutional projects across the Health, Community, Prison, Defence, Education and Commercial sectors up to $350M.
Role
Reporting into the Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for:
- Leading project tenders
- Managing estimating and pricing activities
- Perform quantity take-offs and produce bills of quantities
- Review material and labour requirements
- Approve and submit final cost estimates to clients
- Attend tender interviews
Requirements
- Estimator experience for a Tier 1 or 2 commercial head contractor
- Institutional project experience heavily favourable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
