Our client is immediately seeking a highly skilled A3 Building Certifier to join their team in a full-time remote role. This position involves managing the building certification process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintaining high industry standards on a daily basis. The role is primarily remote, with site inspections required as part of the responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, Occupation Certificates, and process modifications.
- Conduct site inspections and participate in client meetings.
- Provide expert advice on building compliance matters to clients.
- Address and resolve customer queries and requests.
- Contribute to business improvement initiatives.
- Attend industry events, training seminars, and networking opportunities.
About You:
- Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma in Building Surveying, Bachelor in Construction Management, or other certifications recognized by the Building and Development Certifiers Regulation.
- Minimum of 5 years in the industry, with substantial experience in assessing and determining Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, and Occupation Certificates for Class 1 & 10 residential buildings.
- Sound understanding of applicable legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Construction Induction Card, valid driver's license, and legal work rights in Australia.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Must hold A3 accreditation.
