We are seeking skilled and proactive HR professionals to work closely with business units and managers to align HR practices with business objectives and drive a positive workplace culture. You will provide practical, solutions-based advice on a range of people-related matters and provide support to the Business Partners in the day-to-day operations and delivery of organisation change initiatives.
As the P&C Advisor, you will review position descriptions and salary benchmarking, policies and procedures, and manage the internal mobility process including lateral transfers, promotions and role reclassifications. You will contribute to P&C projects that support UOW’s broader strategy and provide input for improving and refining processes and enhancing the employee experience.
You will provide support to the Employment Relations team in individual staff issues including performance management and industrial matters.
To be successful in the role you will have strong business acumen, data literacy, and people advocacy skills as well as excellence in action orientation, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
