We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employment Relations Advisor to join our team and provide expert advice and support to staff on a range of workplace relation matters including industrial relations, performance management and workplace investigations.
As the ER Advisor, you will review and maintain HR policies, procedures and contracts to ensure best practice and compliance with industrial obligations. You will coordinate and document workplace investigations and support key HR/IR projects and initiatives working closely with faculties and divisions.

To be successful in the role you will have strong knowledge of employment law, excellent communication skills, proven experience in managing workplace conflicts, ability to conduct investigations, strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated understanding of industrial relations practices.
