- Working alongside a team of the Director, Sales Associates & Marketing Assistant
- Room for growth and career progression
- Managing the Director, Sales Associates & Marketing Assistant
- Assisting with Administration for the Sales team
- Ensure the associates are hitting KPI’s
- Support the agents with their marketing
- Handle sales inquiries and manage related documentation
- Coordinate with contractors and liaise on project needs
- Maintain up-to-date property records and databases
- Ensure all property transactions comply with regulations and policies
- Previous experience in Real Estate is essential - Sales Admin is preferred
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence is advantageous
- Own car and valid drivers licence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- The ability to work proactively and independently
