About the role and where you will be working:
We are looking for an energetic and professional EA to the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. This person will have extensive experience preparing and creating board papers/packs.
This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday in a flexible working environment. Work from our Central Office located in Rivervale. This position offers the flexibility to work from home 1 or 2 days per week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of the CFO/Co-Sec communications with internal and external stakeholders, including preparation of responses and briefing notes as required.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and relevant documents to be provided from the CFO office.
- Management of agendas, preparation of board packs and recording of minutes for committees each month.
- Coordination of relevant leadership meetings.
- Review of formal written reports for document proofing (spelling, grammar formatting).
About You
Ideally a minimum of 5 years in a EA role in a professional environment (C-Suite). Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. High level of communication skills. It is important this person can maintain discretion and confidentiality.
