About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team, delivering industrial and multi-residential projects valued up to $30 million . This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading construction firm in Brisbane and surrounding areas , offering stability, career growth, and a strong pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Administer head contracts, subcontracts, and procurement processes.
- Cost Control: Track project costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial reporting accuracy.
- Variations & Claims: Assess variations, process progress claims, and manage RFI responses.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all contracts, payments, and regulatory requirements are met.
✅ Minimum 3+ years experience in a Contracts Administrator role
✅ Background in industrial or multi-residential construction
✅ Strong understanding of contract law, cost management, and procurement
✅ Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Jobpac, CHEOPS)
✅ Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities
