The role
As Property Management Team Leader, you will lead their growing team and elevate the quality of service across their property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of property managers to ensure operational excellence and top-tier service delivery.
- Oversee the daily management of a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and fully compliant.
- Drive tenant satisfaction and retention through effective communication and proactive solutions.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and company standards.
- Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management across the property portfolio.
- Collaborate on leasing, maintenance, and finance within the team to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proven leadership experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of property management software, lease agreements, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
- A proactive approach to managing a team and handling operational challenges.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management.
