We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Centre Director or Centre Manager to become a vital part of our established team. If you’re ready to take on a role that values your leadership and fosters a positive work culture, this is the place for you!
As the Centre Director, you’ll be collaborating closely with an experienced, compassionate State Manager who is approachable, understanding and always ready to lend a helping hand—with a fantastic sense of humour to make the workday enjoyable! You’ll also work closely with our ever-friendly and experienced Area Manager, who brings a wealth of knowledge, support and a warm, approachable attitude to the team. Plus, you'll have the backing of a lovely management team, including a full time Assistant Director and Educational Leader, both eager to help you guide and support your exceptional team.

Management Responsibilities
- Mentoring and team management
- Sound understanding of the Early Learning Years Framework
- Sound understanding of service compliance
- Experience in staff rostering
- Qikkids software or similar
- Strong understanding and experience in performance management
- Experience in financial reporting and budgeting
- Building a positive partnership with families
- Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised),
- MUST have at least 2-3 years experience as a centre director capacity or higher of a medium service
- Current WWCC or VIT
- Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
- High Level of written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding and application in staff management
- MUST have Full working rights in Australia
