About the Centre:
Welcome to Kids Academy Wyndham Vale! We are going to be a 110 place centre. Our philosophy is based on a holistic image of the child. Our families tell us they love our approaches to inclusivity and sustainability!
About the Role
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
About you
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
- A current Working with Children’s Check.
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
