We are currently seeking an experienced Timesheet Administrator to join our Shutdown Team at a Power Station in the Nanango/Kingroy region of Queensland. As a key member of the team, your experience and skills will ensure timesheets are entered correctly and on time. This is a casual position with an immediate start - LAHA or Accommodation & meal allowance are provided.
To be considered for a role you will have the following skills and experience:
· Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Mininum 2 years’ experience in time sheeting and payroll process
· Demonstrated experience working in Electronic Timesheet systems
· Strong commitment to developing and maintaining a safe working environment
· Superior written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines
· Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner
· Strong client focus and a genuine desire to assist team members
· Previous knowledge and experience in SAP advantageous
