About the Role
Workskil Australia is on the lookout for dedicated customer service professionals for meaningful, full time and ongoing work, with a 12-month contract position also available.
Use your excellent customer servicing experience to assist and help our customers based at our National Administration Centre located in the Adelaide CBD. Ongoing support, mentoring and training will be provided to all staff. After an initial training and induction period, some flexibility to work from home may also be negotiated!
The role will predominantly be handling inbound telephone calls with a strong focus on exceptional customer service. You will assist a diverse range of customers across Australia who require support with their journey towards employment, education & training.
We will be conducting interviews from Wednesday, 5th March 2025 onwards.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll be able to display:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience, with ability to problem solve and engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- A genuine desire to help others, ability to listen and empathise with customers.
- Demonstrate experience in understanding and working to procedures and contractual guidelines; with the ability to clearly, accurately and concisely relay this information to a diverse range of customers;
- Demonstrate prior experience in a customer service-based role.
- Previous experience in the call centre environment will be highly regarded.

Remuneration
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
