In this Full-time role you will be joining a team where staff and volunteers have been a part of the organisation since the beginning.

About You:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience in reception or administration (preferred but not essential)
- A genuine passion for helping others, especially those facing disadvantages
- Drivers Licence
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
About the Role:
As the Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage building access, communications, and scheduling
- Maintain filing systems, inventory, and correspondence
- Book travel, handle supplies, and assist with meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks and manage confidential information
