The Candidate

Must Have / Be;
- A genuine "people person" with a warm, caring demeanour
- A proactive approach and a knack for using initiative
- Well-presented individuals with excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and adaptability in a busy environment
- A passion for outstanding customer service and teamwork
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Medicare, HICAPS, and Genie Clinical Software is advantageous - (not essential)
- Support and work alongside a supportive, respected GM
- Manage clinics, appointments, and patient inquiries
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Handle billing and patient accounts
- Perform general admin duties like responding to emails and phone calls
