About the Role
The Executive Assistant to the Deputy CEOs will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive team by providing high-level administrative support. This position requires a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role will be expected to backfill the EA to the CEO for leave periods including support to Parkerville Boards and sub-committees.

This role is offered on Permanent Part-Time basis, 22.8 per week / 0.6 FTE at our head office in Burswood.
If you would be keen to join us, we are now seeking a passionate and committed professional to join our team who can:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Deputy CEOs, and at times other team members as requested by the Deputy CEOs, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence or enquiries.
- Organise and prepare for Deputy CEO identified meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations for accuracy and completeness. Assist with document management.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Deputy CEOs, ensuring timely completion, accurate reporting, and high-quality outcomes. This includes assisting and/or leading internal and external events, and stakeholder engagement activities as requested.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling and being privy to sensitive information.
The successful candidate for this role will be able to:
- Completion of, or progress towards a relevant tertiary qualification minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to sustain high-level performance, maintain a positive attitude and demeanour, problem-solve, and meet demanding work deadlines with limited daily supervision.
- An ability to recognise behaviours that promote a culture of child safety, inclusion, diversity, and excellence while holding self and team accountable to meeting organisational expectations.
